Think of it as a brainstorming jam session where we toss around wild ideas without holding back.

How to do it

Create an inclusive and stimulating environment. Use techniques like brainstorming with sticky notes and mind mapping. Remember, the quantity of ideas is more important than quality at this stage.

Real-life example

Ever wonder how Dropbox started? Dropbox started with Drew Houston’s simple need to access his files anywhere, without USB drives. A brainstorming session on this everyday problem led to the creation of one of the largest cloud storage services.

Design Thinking: Putting Users First

What it is

An approach to creatively and user-centeredly solve complex problems.

Steps

Real-life example

Airbnb shook up the travel scene by understanding travelers’ craving for unique experiences. Starting with a basic MVP of rentingof renting space in an apartment. They revolutionized the way we stay.
